We want you to be entirely delighted with your purchase from Bella Luna Toys.

How to Make a Return

  • Click below to visit our Returns Center
  • Enter your order number and email address
  • Follow the instructions and select the items to return.
  • An email confirmation will be sent with shipping guidelines and next steps.

Extended Holiday Returns

Purchases made between November 1 – December 17th may be returned through January 15th for a full refund (less promotional discounts and shipping charges). Items must be new, unopened, and unused in original packaging.

Where do I find my order number?

  • Your order number starts with “B” and is on the packing slip or email order confirmation.  
  • Or, LOG IN to your account to view you order details.

What do I do if my item arrived damaged or defective?

  • Please report damages or defects within 5 days of delivery.
  • Please click here to contact us with your order number, a photo of the item as it was received.
  • Please include a photo of the box and any packing materials. Photos should be in focus, well-lit and taken from a distance of 6 –12.”

What items are eligible for return?

  • Any new, unopened, unused items in original packaging. 
  • Within 30 days of purchase. 
  • All items must be returned packed in a shipping box. Items sent without a shipping box that arrive with shipping labels, packing tape, etc. affixed to the product packaging will not be accepted for return.

What items are non-returnable?

  • We do not accept opened items, or items that show signs of use.  
  • Gift cards 
  • Final sale items 

How is the refund amount calculated?

  • The refund amount will be calculated based on the price paid for the item(s) minus any discounts or Star Coins, and the cost of the return shipping label.
  • Outgoing shipping fees are not refunded.
  • If a return drops the order below the qualifying amount for a free gift promotion, the value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund. If you would like a full refund, please include the free gift promotional item with your return. 

How will I receive my refund? 

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, or as an e-gift card credit to bellalunatoys.com. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to be issued.
