Welcome to our spring-inspired Waldorf handwork egg craft! In this project, we'll create reusable fabric eggs, a beautiful and sustainable way to celebrate the season of renewal. These eggs can be used as decorations, part of an Easter egg hunt, or thoughtful gifts. With simple stitching and beautiful fabrics, this craft invites mindfulness and creativity, allowing you to embrace the gentle rhythms of spring while making something special by hand.

Gather Your Supplies:
These are the tools we used to make a Reusable Fabric Egg:
- Fabric of choice
- Egg template
- Scissors
- Sewing needle and thread or sewing machine
Make a Reusable Fabric Egg:
Step 1:
Have fun picking out your fabric of choice.

Step 2:
Using the template to cut out the shapes from your fabric.

Optional Step:
If you want a more finished look (optional) fold over the flat seam on the "front - bottom" and "front - top" and sew along the edge on each piece before sewing the two pieces to the "back" piece. See the video for more info.
Step 3:
Lay your "front - top" piece down on top of your "back" piece (front of fabric to front of fabric). Then lay down the "front - bottom" piece and pin in place. There should be overlap on the top and bottom pieces to create the egg shape to align with the "back" piece.

Step 4:
Sew along the whole outer edge of the egg.

Step 5:
Turn your egg inside out to reveal your colorful fabric egg!

Step 6:
Fill with sweet Easter gifts and enjoy the season ahead!
